Adding product image field to view

Hello

I'm using Drupal 7.28 along with the Commerce 7.x-1.9 module

Basically the image and the description fields are both on the Product Type not the content type as each product has its own description and image.

In my view I now need to add the image field, but I can't add it, which I believe is because the field isn't in the content type.

When I add the 'Content: Referenced Products' relationship to the view, I am then able to add the image field to my view.

Edit "collection products" view: show child items

Hello,
I'm trying to modify the default "collection products" view because I have a lot of sub-categories.

For example, in the "Sample Category 1" I have a list of sub-categories with relative products.
I added the sub-catergories as child taxonomy terms of "Sample Category 1" but if I click the link "Sample Category 1" in the homepage, the view returns only the products that are in that Category and not in the child categories.

Is there a solution for displaying products that are child of the main category?

Product Views block is not visible

Hello all,

I've created a view to display a list of products in a block. It's using two relationships and two contextual filters and it displays fine when I enter the necessary URL parameters in the preview bar.

I've enabled the block to display on all pages (for testing purposes) but I can't get it to appear anywhere - even for the user 1 account. Is there some trick to block views that I'm missing?

Strange Problem on Taxonomy View

Hy,

i have a really strange problem on the taxonomy product view. I cloned the standard taxonomy page and adjusted it. But when i try to set "Sort criteria"
the complete website gives out a white page of death...

I created a page--taxonomy--term--myterm.tpl.php, could that cause any problems, as it has the same url maybe?

I uploaded my settings from my taxonomy view, maybe someone knows how to fix that!!!

Showing related products

Hey Guys,

I am really stuck on a problem right now. I am sure it's not a big deal, but due to my newness I just can't figure it out:

I need to show related products on my product display node. The information comes from the product itself. All the products have a field called 'display group'. So whenever I display a product I want to display link-wrapped images of other products of the same 'display group'.

field template for product view

Hi,

I have a view that shows products and some of theirs line items. I want to theme a particular field so

I went into "Theme: Information" found the template file name for that field and added it to the templates directory of my theme.

I clear all caches and confirmed that "Theme: Information" highlights the particular theme file i created.

However, none of my changes are shown when editing the field template.

I've done this plenty of time with regular views but, this time it's not working. Are product views handled differently?

Views and Product Displays

I have several views set up using product displays with the referenced products, no problem there. I need to set up a new view using product displays referencing multiple products now.

I get a separate entry for each referenced product in the view. I have the view set to display only one item under multiple field settings. Is there something that I have missed?

'add to cart' button totally disappeared

I don't know what exactly caused this since I didn't notice it until after performing a core and multiple module updates (all to current versions) along with removing the default kickstart products etc, but the add to cart button totally disappeared everywhere on the site including all display nodes and all views.

In views that used the add to cart field, I now get 'Broken/missing handler' and the Relationship is also missing. I added the relationship back (Content:Product) but there is no Field to select for the "Commerce Product: Add to Cart Form"
