No shipping rates found for your order.
I am using Fedex for my shipping. Everything was working fine for awhile. But after a move to another server shipping module stopped working, I dont think anything was upgraded or changed. I doubled checked to make sure the items I was testing had weight and dimensional fields. But every order gives this message for shipping.
Shipping service
No shipping rates found for your order. Please continue the checkout process.
Anyone have a clue what I can do to fix this? We were so close to going live.

I am still getting no shipping rates found for our order message every time, with every shipping address.
Please advice me if I'm doing something wrong or what are the causes I'm getting no shpping service from UPS.

In addition, there is about a 1.5 - 2 minute wait when going from the address page at checkout to the shipping screen, only to find no shipping services available.

Hey guys, I figured out what my issue was.
I use Amazon Web Services for my hosting for the site that I was getting the "No shipping rates found for your order".
It turns out, the UPS Commerce module was making requests to ups.com via https (port 443). The security group I was using on AWS was not allowing external https requests. Once I set the security group to allow external https requests, the UPS module worked like a champ.
I think that most hosts already have external https requests allowed. But, that was the problem for me. Hope it helps!
