I've been trying for a week or so to get my head around product variations.

I'm trying to set up something like in the demo included with Kickstart, so that when I view a product display the different variations show as drop downs. Instead of shoe size I want the user to choose the size of their fruit and veg box.

I've added taxonomy terms like box size, and added terms for large, medium and small. But when I add this field to the product it doesn't display it like it does in the demo. Instead of a drop down box, it lists each possible variation in the list view of the teasers.

Also, when I add a new variation, it doesn't appear like in the demo "add product variation" which allows me to add many product variations when creating one product. I don't understand how this is done.

Has anyone got advice, videos or guides to help me? I been through the documentation on the website but I've found it really difficult to filter out what I need to know and what I don't. There's so many things I can do with the views, displays, taxonomies, that I just don't know what I'm doing...
