I don't understand when !order-summary token is available or not empty. I get a non empty !order-summary only if I click on a callback link from payment gateway, for example, PayPal Express Checkout.
Any idea?

I noticed that commerce uses the email account from the user's profile. Is there an existing way to allow the user change this? Some user's may use a different email for for their paypal/amazon account than the one they registered with our site.

Where do I go to allow different language versions of each email ?
In the page located here : admin/commerce/config/email, all the different emails template are there to be tweaked but no language selection.
Do I have to use Rules ? If so, is there an example somewhere that I could use for a guide ?

After processing order is completed, commerce generates a confirmation mail.

I'm hoping to get an answer here. I haven't yet had much luck getting support from these forums, but, after some hard lookin', I've been able to work through most of my issues in the past.
I'm using Commerce_email to send notifications after an order purchase, however the notifications that go out aren't as detailed as I'd like.
Can anyone specify a better outgoing notification system?
Or is there a way I can specify the commerce_email token: [commerce-order:commerce-email-order-items]
