!order-summary blank if user doesn't complete checkout with a callback link

Hi,

I don't understand when !order-summary token is available or not empty. I get a non empty !order-summary only if I click on a callback link from payment gateway, for example, PayPal Express Checkout.

Any idea?

Order email: Formatting the contents of the variable order-summary

Hi,
I'm using Drupal Commerce 7. I'm getting problems with the order email that sends the platform to the customer with the details of the order.
Is there any way to format the line items in the order email?
Using !order-summary prints the line items like this:

Título

Precio unitario

Cantidad

Total

Mural Mariposa multicolor 16959 (Azul) (332)

20,00 €
