adding taxes as direct value (not a calculated rate)

hi, any clue about how to handle the taxes as values to be added directly to the line item price? I mean direct values, and not rates calculated (in this case a value will be returned from a database according each line item, and that value must be added directly to the line item price (not a rate calculated).

ok, was used hook_commerce_tax_type_info, hook_commerce_tax_rate_info and to process the remote data with a function indicated in the value 'calculation_callback' from the hook_commerce_tax_rate_info
