AVS mismatch warning

I have drupal 7 and commerce running. I have authorize.net installed and it is working except for this one problem. I am not getting a message that says there was an AVS mismatch or anything.

Can someone please advise me on how to fix it or research it.

I did find out that at first it was the AVS settings on authorize.net but it still didn't work. The reason afterwords is because the the authorize.net was in test mode.

I would still like to know how to show the default AVS message when the credit card is declined. If anyone know where that is I would appreciate it.
