File Download customer page gives "Connection Reset"

Hi There!
I'm soooooo close to having my site done but now for some reason when I log in either as the admin or a customer and go to the File Download tab I get the "Problem loading page. Connection Reset" I'm working on a localhost and I only have the problem with this one page - everything else works perfectly. Do you think I've messed up a rule or something?? Is there any way to track the error?

I would look through your webserver logs for any error it is throwing there. Should be in /var/log area.. either apache2 or lighttpd or whatever web server you are using. If there is nothing in the logs, then it might just be your browser. Try it from a different one.

Post back if you see activity in the error.log of the webserver. Otherwise, clear out all cache from your browser, and try again.
