I've watched the video 'Introduction to Commerce Shipping (Screencast)' from Ryan and it does what it has to do, but I still struggle with the final details.

It's certain my potential buyers will be from inside an area of 100 miles. That means I'd like to filter out just a few country's for shipping and create a message for country's that are outside my shipping zone. At the moment it's a blank line.

My configuration for shipping has these 2 modules: Commerce Shipping 7.x-2.x-dev
and Commerce Flat Rate 7.x-1.x-dev. With Rules I created 3 shipping zones. (NL $3, BE $5, DE $5) Somehow I have a blank line when I use BE and DE on the same rule value. So, I have to create a new condition for every country... I'm sure there must be an easier solution.

In short:
I want to ship only to NL, BE, DE and exclude all other country's from shipping with a message to the user.
