Can't get site-wide contact form to render

Enabled D7 core contact, added categories and nothing.

Acquia Dev Desktop
commerce_kickstart-7.x-2.0-beta1

Any ideas?

I have on "Use the site-wide contact form" ticked , anonymous user, authenticated user and administrator. I have tried ticking all the rest and unticking the permissions but still cannot get the contact form to render.

I have moved and enabled the contact to the secondary menu, where the naigation says contact to replace the latin text, but still it will not render as a form.

The contact module is enabled, but when I go to http://mysite/contact it still just says the text contact and no form.

I have crossed referenced the settings with a duplicate fresh install of Drupal on a different domain, and still cannot figure out what I am doing wrong, Could advise anything else please as I am at a end with it.
