i would to display below the category name of the product description of this desctription
in order to obtain a result as this site http://www.bougiz.fr/2-parfum-boise
where you have a long description of the category perfumes
i try with the view setting ( attached ) wihout sucess

not a commerce issue
Hello,
This is not a commerce issue, it's a views one, you can create another view to display the content from a term (look in the relationships) and then using views field module this one add the new created view, this is a possible solution, maybe there's a better one.
