content location

I am having a hard time figuring this out. I am new to drupal commerce.

how do you control where a content gets displayed. for example the standard theme that comes with kick start 2 has 2 menus on the top, there are products on the top left and there are contact and about us on the right menu (menu 2).
then on the bottom of the page by the footer there is shipping fees for example, however do i for example take teh shipping fees and place it by the menu 2 next to about us or contact. or how can i take contact us and move that to the very top by user 1 or 2 which is the login area? how can i move these contents around? where is the setting for that?

Look at "Blocks" and "Menus". If you want to move an entire menu, look at "blocks" and choose where you want that menu to appear in the layout. If you want to move only "Contact Us" from the Secondary navigation menu to the User menu:

1. Go into the Secondary navigation menu.
2. Edit Contact Us.
3. Choose "User menu" as the Parent link.

well thats just it, where is all this?
i went to contact us and pushed edit, under menu setting there is a button which is NOT selected which says provide a menu link. so if i do select it, there is a place that says parent menu but the options are ONLY main menu, there are NO other options although on my front page there are many location other than main menu.
where are all other options and how do i make them to appear in that list or am i in the wrong place all together?

Blocks are here: /admin/structure/block

Menus are here: admin/structure/menu

For your Contact Us example, use my instructions above from the Menu admin page.
