The state of Florida has a variable county tax surcharge system that seems designed to encourage businesses to move out of state. Not only does this Discretionary sales surtax change by county, but zip codes sometimes span multiple counties so it makes creating rules based on zip codes to handle it unworkable.

I see there is a module for Ubercart that handles this: http://drupal.org/project/uc_taxes_floridasurtax

Does anyone know if something similar exists for Drupal Commerce?
