Drupal Commerce Customer Profiles/My Account

G'day folks,

I am using Drupal Commerce 7.x-1.1, Drupal Core is at 7.10. I can go into Customer Profiles as an administrator and add a customer profile but I need the customers to be able to register themselves, add billing address, shipping address etc. I have read about the Customer Profile in what documentation I can find but I am unclear how to give the customers this access.

Can someone out there please tell me how you are handling it? If it requires programming, that's not a problem but typically when I start thinking that I have to, some wonderful module shows up. As usual, feel free to point out any urls or documents I've missed, or might just be useful.

G'day,

The customer has access to the checkout, but I will recheck permissions again to make sure I didn't miss anything. Is there any way currently for a customer to register before checkout and fill in all their information ahead of time? I have some who like to do that. If not,they will just need to adjust. The site is moving from a Joomla/Virtuemart platform.
