I am collecting billing address information and cc information on the same pane (checkout pane), and then on the review your order pane, users can see their billing information and using (card on file) the last 4 digits of the credit card they entered.

I am using drupal commerce and authorize.net for payments.
Is there way, I can add Credit Card Surcharge (merchant surcharge) to the customer. As of now authorize.net charges me for every credit card use as a percentage of value plus small fix charge. Is there any way, I can pass this on to customer?
I am looking to pass on this charge only when credit card is used and not for debit card use.
Please help.
