What usually causes white screen when you edit or add an order? By the way, I already did some research about handlong WSOD, server's memory limit is ok, no php errors logged on error logs. I've spent quite a lot of hours trying to fix this issue and I'm getting frustrated..
Please shed me some lights on this issue!

There are about fifty million reasons why this could happen! :D This article helps find the most common reasons it could happen. Specifically, you'll want to enable as much error reporting as possible. Sometimes it's good to fail silently, but it's not good to do it when you want to know what is causing it.
I'm having the same problem, exactly. I'm not sure you read the OP's full text... and I've done all the same. Researched the WSOD page you linked, tried enabled error reporting on the page, checked the logs, memory limit is beyond adequate...
Not sure what else to try.
