Select attribute dropdown missing on Add to Card form

Hey all,

Ive added a field to my product entity called 'Colors'. This is a term reference field. I enabled " Enable this field to function as an attribute field on Add to Cart forms". I also selected "unlimited" at the "Number of values" field so the admin can add multiple colors to a product. For some reason the dropdown does NOT show on Add to card form if i select these last "unlimited" settings. When i select 1 it'll show, but just with one color in dropdown.

Can someone please help me? I feel like i'm missing one setting.

Do you have "Product variations" set to "Add to cart form" on your Manage Display>Full content of your display page (content type)?

I usually use this kind of structure. Multiple colors in one product won't work, it should be multiple variations of product and each of product has a different color. Hopefully this makes sense.
