It's driving me crazy... I've installed twice the Commerce 2.0 on my Local Host. A clean install to work with and a pre-programmed version to have a peak.

Now I wonder how to add the following things on my clean install:

- Save 25% Purchases made between June 5 - 12 will be discounted (Offer Details)
- Free Shipping on orders over 0,99 €

These are useful functions, but I can't trace them.
