Problem in installing Kickstart2

Hi,

I tried the guides and trying finally installing Kickstart2 from http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/commerce-7.x-1.7.tar.gz

. But I got these errors:

HTTP error -1 occurred when trying to fetch http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/commerce_kickstart-7.x-2.6-core.tar.gz.
Unable to retrieve Drupal project from http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/commerce_kickstart-7.x-2.6-core.tar.gz.

Please help.

Which guide are you following?

If you want to start Commerce Kickstart, I think you should download from http://drupal.org/project/commerce_kickstart

The first link in your question points to the Drupal Commerce project. You don't need to download it separately because it's already included in Kickstart.
