Hello,

I'd like to make a fixed discount (not a precentage) based on the total final price appearing when the order is displayed.

For example, if the total amount is >190€ then the custommer receive a discount of 4€.

I've already seen lot of things bases on Taxe rates, but I can't figure out how to apply thoses to achieve my goal.

Any suggestion or links will be appreciate.

Drupal Commerce Bulk Discount seems a good way, but seems still young! ... for example:

"Note: The current version does not remove discounts automatically if products are removed from the cart so a rule must be manually added to do so. This functionality will be added in the next release."
