I have installed commerce_tax module. Whenever user selects credit card as payment method an amount of surcharge is added to the order. Now I want to add per credit card surcharge.
Jibran, be careful with this. For a long time issuers would not let merchants pass credit card fees onto the customer. There has been some recent changes in legislation around this matter in the U.S., but depending on your location it very well may not be allowed.
Issuers (MasterCard, Visa, enRoute, etc) impose stiff penalties for any breaches of your merchant agreement, so you should definitely check your merchant agreement first.

Not for credit-card, but I would like to add an amount to COD or payment by invoice and also add a discount for payment in advance.
This should be a quite common issue in many countries.
