Display original price on checkout not calculated price

I have a pricing rule which adds a fee to the order but when I go to checkout the product is listed at the calculated price, the a total at the the calculated price.

Then displayed underneath is the Order Total with components which displays Original Price -> Fee -> Total.

To me this doesn't make sense and think the original price should be displayed but when editing the Shopping Cart Form View there is no option to display original price.

In the Shopping cart form view, add a relationship: Commerce Line Item: Product. This will give you a Price Field. When configuring the price field, select the option 'Display the original price'

This answer helps, but the total column still displays the calculated price including VAT. How to change that to the calculated price excluding VAT?
