Adjust style/background

Hi!
I'm wondering how i can change the style (colors, background,...) of the site?
I use the Omega Kickstart theme.

Is the only way to do this by the css files?
And how do I get information how these values are named?

Hello
If you have experience in CSS it shouldn't be a big deal.
I suppouse, there is no other method to change the colours without direct editing the css file. Try to inspect the page with Firebug or other browser tool to find out the class names of the elements you want to customize.
