How can my customers manage shipping and billing info on account pages?

I have Drupal Commerce installed and would like the account information to be shown as in the Kickstart demo page when one clicks on 'My account'. At the moment all I have is the default Drupal user name, email address and history information shown. I would like the customer to to be able to manage their shipping address and also manage their billing address and update their password. Is there a particular module which has to be installed to see this information?

Commerce Kickstart 2.x comes with the Commerce Addressbook module installed. That's where that functionality comes from, and you can easily have it on your site by getting the module and configuring it the same way. : )

Ah I was wondering whether you may mention that! I'm having problems with Commerce Addressbook in that the checkbox to enable it on the checkout form doesn't appear so I can't use that module. I've got profile copying enabled so that the user can use the same billing address as the shipping address and I'm wondering whether the module conflicts with this.

All working now! I needed to run a patch because it conflicted with the customer profile types ui.

I am working with the same model Commerce Address Book, and it displays as a menu tab, but I cannot find the way to have it display on the profile page. I have tried adding a dynamic field (Display Suites) and a block field, but it doesn't seem to want to show up in the profile. I am sure there is a simple setting I am missing somewhere but any help would be appreciated.
