I have been having an issue with paypal WPP payments or paypal in general. I have setup multiple drupal installations with 2.8 and 2.9 and I cant seem to get paypal to recieve the shipping or billing information. The transaction goes through but instead of having a place in paypal to print a shipping label it says "issue a refund". WHen I go to details the paypal transaction info says "We have no shipping address on file."
Someone please help. I have thought the issue might be with the first name so I changed it to first and last being seperate rather than in the same box but that did not help either. I am using commerce kickstart.
