Where to modify order email in Kickstart?

I have been searching couple days about information where to modify/edit Commerce Kickstart order email - which is sent to user when user has set order.

Can anyone help me on this?

Under messages type:

admin/structure/messages/manage/commerce_order_order_confirmation

Is there a descent way to theme the notification message and especialy the !order_summary part of the mail notification and this in a more better looking way ?
