I'm trying to add a calculation rule so that i can base my shipping cost on the destination country. I have used a rule which has a condition 'Order address component comparison'. Then i selected BE as value. But when try to order something that needs to be shipped to Belgium, it won't work... Any help?

Josh, I am very happy that it works for you but I am having the same problem as Joni.
When you work with the Dutch interface, order address component comparison for land (= country) only works when you compare with the 'factuurinformatie' (= billing address). It fails to work when you compare it to 'verzendinformatie' (=shipping address). There must be something wrong with the fieldnames in the dutch version, but I haven't figured it out yet. Josh, it might be useful for me to se what the rule actually does when I set it to compare to billing versus shipping. Could you explain to this newbie how you reveal the details of a rule, as you did above?
Or has anyone found a solution for this?
