How do I allow users to upload there images using the <Canvas> tag?

I am trying to allow registered and confirmed users on my site the ability to upload their images, preview them, and select it as a product for purchase.(as in artwork for Business Cards)...It was suggested that the tag could be used for this, but I have no idea how this is done within Drupal (am a noobie).

Any Suggestions or explanations of how to will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

Is this module tested with file uploads by the webshop's customers? Can't find any information about this?
Thanks for your answer!

Realskorpion,

Thank you very much for the suggestion, it seems to great for adding notes to orders but I don't see where I can allow my user to upload an image unless I allow them product creation access as well. Am I missing something in my understanding of the use of this module?

I would like the upload option to be available on the product page with the preview of the uploaded image, once the client has seen there preview then they can add it to cart. Is this possible with Drupal commerce or will I need some 3rd party code?
Thank you.
