Customize Menus and Add a new Menu (SOLVED)

Hi drupal guys,
I have installed a kickstart2 to create a simple commerce website. What I want to do is , I only want to add a new menu and show the products by variations. But I didnt find any tutorials and documentations. Please help me to know it how to customize it.

Thank you Oscar , I solved it. I added a new taxonomy item on the "Collection" list. And than I rebuild the menu that can create a new menu.
