a friend recommended drupal commerce to me. Sounds quite interesting. However, I'm not quite sure if it feeds our needs.

We want to build a drupal 7 shopping site with the following requirements:

* registered authors can upload and edit ebooks and tutorial videos and define a purchase price.

* After a supervisor reviewed an item it is available in the shop

* By the end of the month all author accounts are balanced by a supervisor. A 20% service commission will be withheld. Then bank transfers are made for all authors.

Let me explain with an example:

In January author John sells an ebook "ebook 1". The price is 10 Euro. 100 ebooks are sold in January.
10 Euro x 100 = 1000 Euro. 200 Euro service commission (= 20%) will be withheld. 800 Euros will be transferred to author John.

Can I build this backend functionality with drupal commerce?
