Multi-currency pay into two separate bank accounts

my client wants to run an event and allow payment (for a whole order) in either Euros or Pounds Sterling. Commerce allows for this multi-currency requirement quite easily. However there is an additional requirement that they need to be paid into separate bank accounts to minimise foreign exchange transaction charges. is it possible to route monies to different bank accounts, is this a feature of Commerce or is more a feature of the chosen payment gateway. my client has expressed a preference of PayPal.

Yes, we do have exactly the same requirement. We want to sell in Euro and in US$ and we have different CC. providers.

I believe this would have to be on the payment gateway's side. For all payment gateways, you can set up conditions to have one available over another based on billing address comparison. For example, here's the Example Payment rule that only lets them use that payment gateway if they live in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
