Hello. I'm trying to enable anonymous checkout with the latest Commerce Kickstart.

I've disabled the two rules:
1) Assign an anonymous order to a pre-existing user
2) Create a new account for an anonymous user order

I've ensured checkout permission is enabled for anonymous users.
I've cleared the cache and rebuilt permissions.

However, I am redirected to to the log in/register screen time every time I try to continue to checkout from the cart.

The status message I receive is "You need to login or create a new account in order to validate your order".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
