I have a customer that wants to be able to do shipping on a single item. I have a rule that is close that will zero out the shipping charges for the order if they select UPS ground. However if I add additional products it stays at zero. Is there a way that I can via rules tell the shipping module to ignore only a specific product and not add its weight and dimensions to the collection process?
