Hello.

I'm new to commerce and I have hard time to get this thing working.

I have a custom field Country (I know it already exist in address and i know that there is Order Address component) in Billing information with type list(text) and i want to add tax restriction based on this field.

I tried adding "Entitle has field" to get this to the rules scope but it dosn't work.

Could anyone help me please?
