How do you get credit card payments with Commerce Paypal WPS?

I have been testing Paypal WPS with the commerce paypal module, but for the life of me can not figure out why Credit Card payment method is unavailable after logging in with paypal. Instant payment from bank account is also unavailable, as is Debit card payments.

Is there something I am not aware of in setting up the module?

This doesn't have anything to do with the module itself. You should contact PayPal to ensure you're using the right kind of PayPal account to accept other types of payment. From the initial page at PayPal WPS, you will see a link beneath the PayPal login form that allows you to pay via these other tenders if your account is configured properly.
