How to limit purchases to a date?

I'm looking to build a foodhub using Commerce. This requires that the products can be purchased up to a certain day of the week. At a certain time those orders should be collated into a list and any future purchases be added to the following week's order list, and so on. Is this possible to configure?

Using Rules and custom modules, anything is possible. In fact, date-based purchasing is doable for most tasks in Drupal Commerce. What I think you have in mind might be a little above and beyond the capabilities of Rules, but fear not, there are literally thousands of Drupal developers willing to write a custom module for you.
