1. Record the admin user name or id when an order is entered by an admin?

2. Allow an admin entering an order to enter a discount % (or click to select a predefined discount)?

3. Provide a payment method so that an admin can make a manual entry (for example, if a payment is made offline by credit card, to simply record Çredit Card' and whatever non-card-number info is needed...a textbox, but one that ties in with payment (and status?)
