Low Inventory email to Admin

I would like to set up a rule that emails me (store admin) if the quantity of a certain product is below 100. Can someone please help me do this?

You will want to download Commerce Extras to expand Rules so it can look into things like Quantity. Then you would set a condition if the Quantity of a product is <= 100, send email.
