I don't find one new product type when I intend to add one new product.

I use kickstart commerce distribution version 2 rc1 on Ubuntu 12.04
I add one new product type.
Also I want to add one new product. I don't find the latest added product type.
Do I need one or more steps to see the latest product type created?

There are a few more steps. Really, I recommend you either create a product display content type with a reference field to your new product type or just install RC4 and click "Add new Product Type" and it will now create the two of them for you.
