I basically want the function that many sites have, Checkout with credit card (WPP) or checkout with Paypal (WPS). I understand both will be paypal, but some people are more comfortable with the paypal screen or paying by loging in to paypal.
Any way to do this? is it just adding a rule?

Yep, all you have to do is enable both submodules of the Commerce PayPal project for the related services. They can exist side-by-side with no problem; you just have to configure the API credentials and default transaction methods separately for each one.
I think it'll look best if you have PayPal WPS serve as the first option and Credit card (via PayPal WPP) as the second option because of the way the payment details form elements are currently added to the checkout form.

Does anybody know how to change the order of the Payment Methods? I have three different ones, but I can't seem to find a way to change the order. The weight doesn't seem to work.
