how can I define a new unit price?

I'm working with commerce kickstart using drupal and trying to make an online shop, but there is a problem! the prices are shown in dollar mode and it's not the unit for my country!
how can I remove the dollar icon and those two 0's after the price and write "rial" which is my country unit?!?

For removing the two 00s, you just have to go to Manage Display and select show price without decimals option for the price fields.

You can set the default currency of your store to Rial. Do see the screencasts.
