Sales Tax Not Working

I have followed the instructions from your video to set sales tax. Trying first to set sales tax for everyone. No tax added to the shopping cart. Rules version 7.x-2.8, Commerce version 7.x-1.11 and Commerce Paypal version 7.x-2.3.

I see the comments under Rules for 7.x-2.8. Will that cause this behavior?

hi - i was facing same problem. I can confirm that rolling back to rules-7.x-2.7.tar.gz seems to resolve the issue, both on a production site and a minimalistic Drupal 7.34 dev site.

Update to rules 2.9 will also work
