I test "commerce paypal" to pay by credit card, but since I'm from spain, this module seems not to run in that country ¿?
So, how to implement credit card payment in other countries than EEUU or UK? What module can i use? Does the credit card transaction have any cost?

There are one or two on that list that say they work "globally"
I need to create a rule on Drupal Commerce that allow the customers to pay the total amount of the order or just a make partial payment (setup the payment of 20 or 30% of the total amount). This 2 options must be available for the client to choose wich one will he select.
I'm using just 1 payment mode Sermepa Commerce.
