We have customers that are purchasing files and then although the order shows up, the file licenses have been set to 0 seconds, 0 downloads and 0 allowed IP addresses. I have fixed the licenses (although I need to figure out why the limits were changed from unlimited on seconds, downloads and IP addresses) but the files are still not showing up as available. I don't see any permissions that would be limiting this. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I am running commerce 1.3 and commerce file beta3. I had tested this out and it was working before the upgrade to 1.3 from 1.2
