Replacement patterns and Data Selectors not active on Checkout Rules page

Replacement patterns and Data Selectors on Checkout Rules page showing as a text, not as links.

In other modules (Pathauto, for example) Token fields works fine.

Can anyone gives the solution?

Do you have jQuery Update module enabled? It's probably because of that module. Try disabling it and see if it works.
