How do you email existing order details to user?

I'm sending email with !order-summary token to user when order status change to dispatched, but unfortunately I've not had any success. I've tried using line items tokens but still data is not pulled in email. Do you know a way I can achieve this please? Thanks.

Hi Philben,

I had the same problem when changing the status of an order.

Where is your mail.css located?

Make sure it is copied in the css folder of the theme you are using.
For example, i am logged in as an administrator which is using the theme shiny_admin.
I copied the mail.css in the css folder of the shiny_admin folder and the order summary with proper styling shows in the email.
