I need some help. I have a e-commerce store set up using Drupal Commerce Kickstart 2. I had set up a sales tax based on the state I operate the company out of. It had been working great until the most recent install of the Commerce Kickstart (commerce_kickstart-7.x-2.13) upgrade. I have tried deleting and recreating the tax per the instructions on this website and it works if I am logged in as administrator but when I log out and clear the browser cache and test as an anonymous user the sales tax is not calculated. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
