Image in variation types wont change size

Hi I am trying my best to build a custom view. But everything seems to be working against me.

I am trying to make the image bigger in the product page like this
http://192.185.139.234/~bizart/?q=gallery/sunset-two-bayfield

I just cant figure out where to fix it.

try using image styles: http://www.drupalgardens.com/documentation/working-image-styles

create an image style with the width and height you prefer and attach this style in your content type or view to your image.
