Body field is missing in product type

I have added a new product variation type and its content type by checking the checkbox. But the default 'Body' field is missing when I create new product from 'node/add/myproduct'. How can I get the body field as in demo store products?

If you go to admin/structure/types you should see your new product type in there.
Select 'manage fields', go to the bottom of the page and choose the body field in "Add existing field". Save and it should all be good.
