How to alter the Product SKU selection criteria on Create an Order page?

On the Create an Order page (/admin/commerce/orders/add) where manually entered products are added into a cart, how can I alter the 'Product SKU' autocomplete dropdown to do the following:

  1. Show only products that are 'enabled' instead of products that are 'disabled'
  2. List 20 items instead of 10

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
